REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Due to the highly customized nature of our AI-generated creative assets, UGC videos, and 3D commercials—which require upfront allocation of server computing resources, licensing fees, and creative labor—NextGen AI Studio does not offer refunds once project execution has commenced or deliverables have been generated.

2. REVISIONS & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Your satisfaction is our primary goal. Instead of monetary refunds, we ensure the quality of our work through a robust revision policy:

  • Included Revisions: Every creative package includes a specified number of revision rounds (typically 2 to 3 rounds of visual and pacing adjustments) to ensure the outputs match your brand guidelines.
  • Request Window: Revision requests must be submitted within 7 business days of file delivery. Revision requests made after this window may incur additional production fees.

3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

If you are on a monthly creative retainer subscription, you may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid billing for the subsequent cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your active deliverables and custom models until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of an active subscription month.

4. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In the rare event that NextGen AI Studio is unable to deliver your ordered assets due to persistent technical failures or scheduling blockages, we will contact you to arrange a project credit or a mutually agreed-upon partial refund.
